If you are interested in applying to attend the Western Student Medical Research Forum in Carmel, CA, submit a half-page abstract of your work for approval to Michelle Fleming,
flemingm@uw.edu

If your abstract has been approved by the School of Medicine, this is the deadline to submit your abstract for the Western Student Medical Research Forum held in Carmel, California (January 23-26, 2013). (Not an MSRTP requirement, but a good idea and a great experience; you will need to go through a preliminary approval process within the School of Medicine to be eligible for reimbursement.) DO NOT WAIT FOR THE DEADLINE!! The site gets overloaded. Print/save your receipt for reimbursement in February.

Take your poster to the Locke Computer Center (T-271) for proofing and printing. Printing instructions will be emailed in late August.
