Logistics, Line of March and the Processional
Arrival and Assemble Instructions
8:45 - 9:00 a.m.
Enter the Arena through the southeast entrance, which is down the lane from the husky dog statue. Proceed immediately to the assembly area for the North and South Lines of March (the south lower level of the Arena). Note: Please eat breakfast before coming to the Arena.
9:00 a.m.
Assemble according to the Line of March. There will be signs and staff members to assist. Please come dressed in your cap and gown and note which line (north or south) you are in and your place in that line.
