March 31, 2012 2012-2013 revision request form for change in financial situation available  X X
April 13, 2012 Spring quarter tuition due.

Last day to add UW SHIP insurance to budget.		 X

Mid-Late April, 2012 Financial Aid Award Notices for 2012-2013 sent to entering medical students. X  X 
May 31, 2012 School of Medicine Financial Aid 2012-2013 Scholarship Application Due. X X
June - July 2012 Financial Aid Award Notices for 2012-2013 sent to continuing medical students. X X
June 4, 2012 Last day to request aid adjustment/submit financial aid paperwork for the 2011-2012 school year.
*Requests made/paperwork turned in after this date may not have time to be processed by the last official day of the quarter (June 8th).		 X  X
June 7, 2012 Last day for in-person SOM short term loans with no charge. (Promissory notes need to be signed the following day).
Must be receiving Financial Aid in Summer Quarter.		 X  
June 8, 2012 Last day for online short term loan with $30 service charge.
