Constance Lamb
Constance Lamb is the Registrar of the School of Medicine and responsible for:
- Supervision of Registration and Scheduling Program Coordinators and Front Desk Program Assistants
- Management of medical student records
- HuBio Basic Science course registration
- Third Year Track Scheduling
- Fourth Year Track Scheduling
- Clinical Elective Scheduling
- Processing and reporting of student grades
- Monitoring of student progress
Trudy Furberry
Trudy Furberry is a Program Coordinator and has been with the School of Medicine for eighteen years. Her responsibilities include:
- Letters of good standing for enrollment, away clerkships, etc.
- Application forms for away clerkships, scholarships, etc.
- USMLE applications for Step 1, Step 2-Clinical Knowledge, and Step 2-Clinical Skills.
- Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)
- National Residency Matching Program (NRMP)
- M.D. Certifying Officer
Laura Ellis
Laura is a Program Coordinator with the School of Medicine. Her responsibilities include:
- Scheduling elective clerkships for third- and fourth-year students
- Working with students on application forms for away clerkships
- Recording grades from HuBio courses and clinical clerkships
- Helping the Registrar put together third-year tracks and housing schedules
- Assisting Michelle Fleming, Dr. MacLaren's assistant, with Dean’s MSPEs
- Managing AOA
