Dr. Eveland provides personal and academic advising, oversees the tutoring and counseling services, has responsibility for the mentoring and career counseling programs, prepares the Dean's Medical Student Performance Evaluation, and oversees the School's financial aid policies. He is also Student Affairs liaison for the Colleges and is a faculty member in the Department of Medical Education.

Michelle Fleming is the assistant to Dr. Eveland and manages a number of programs for medical students. She maintains Dr. Eveland's calendar and works with him on updating the Student Handbook. She also helps coordinate the first and second year orientation programs.

Trish manages the first and second year orientations, Match/Unmatch Day events, and the Residency Selection Forum. She works with Dr. Eveland on the Dean's MSPE's and coordinates the School's chapter of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
