Our sessions are available to patients, family, and community members. Some require pre-registration. Others marked with an asterisk* are open on a walk-in basis. All classes are free (a medication fee may apply for the Smoke-free program).
Please note: schedules are subject to change, and classes may fill up, so walk-ins are not recommended.

Smoking Cessation Introduction
Wednesdays 9 - 11:30 am
Are you ready to stop smoking? Start with the introductory workshop and continue with the follow-up sessions for help to stop smoking NOW! Participants must be pre-registered Harborview clients to attend this program. Classes are free but medication fees apply.
Smoking Cessation Follow-up Sessions
Wednesdays 3-4:30 pm or Thursdays 10 - 11:30 am
This class helps you stay nicotine free. Attendance at follow-up classes is required for medication services.
