Located throughout the medical center, including near the waiting rooms and admitting desks.
The Bank of America ATM is located in Harborview's Ninth Avenue lobby.
For check cashing and other services. Located on 1 East Hospital between the Ninth Avenue entrance and Bistro. Check cashing is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.
Food and drink
- Cafeteria Dining Room
The main dining facility. Located on the Basement Floor of the West Hospital. Serves a wide range of foods for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.,and 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Lobby Bistro
Quick bites and coffee. Located on 1 East Hospital at the top of the grand staircase that leads down to the West Entrance lobby. Serves sandwiches, espresso drinks, snacks, salads and sandwiches. Open around the clock (closed periodically for breaks)
- Vending machines
Beverage and/or snack vending machines are located in the East Hospital on floors 1 (near Emergency Services), 3,4,5 and 6. You'll also find them on the 2nd floor of West Hospital, the Research and Training Building, Harborview's Bistro, Gift Shop, and Cafeteria.

Store with gifts, magazines, toiletries and snacks. Located on the Ground Floor of the East Hospital under the grand staircase. Open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 4 pm.

Located in the Security office at 1 East Hospital (to the right of the elevators), or you can call the automated lost and found line at (206) 744-3329. If you get lost, go to the long Information Desk in the West Lobby (Ground Floor) or to Admitting, located near the East (Ninth Avenue) Entrance.
