    "Knit for Life" Knitting Group

    Tuesdays, 2:30 - 4 p.m.
    Patients and families rave about this class. Great way to meet friends and learn a skill that requires little energy. Knitting needles and yarn are donated for this class. Take the Cascade Elevators to the 7-SE lobby.

    NW Regional Spinal Cord Injury System Forum

    The Northwest Regional Spinal Cord Injury System (NWRSCIS) Presents a monthly evening educational program called the SCI Forum, which covers topics of interest to people with spinal cord injury, their family members and friends, physicians, and allied health professionals.

    Date & Time: Second Tuesdays each month, October through June from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
