Patients or family members can report any concerns about care and safety, or register a complaint, with any staff member, member of the medical staff, the manager at the point of care or service, with Patient Relations at (206) 598-8382, or with the Administrator on Call who can be reached through the paging operator at (206)598-6190.
If concerns about care and safety cannot be resolved through organizational leaders, patients or family members can also contact the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and The Joint Commission (TJC).
