At UW Medicine, we teach more than medical students. We educate the community. Through our yearly Mini-Med School, our leading physicians teach young adults to seniors about medicine and the latest treatments. Through the Seattle Public Library lecture series, our experts inform the public about everything from cancer vaccines to treatments for sleep disorders.
Our Health Sciences Open House introduces people of all ages to the teaching, research and medical care we offer. And, our medical centers offer a host of classes and support groups to help our patients, their families and caregivers get back to life.
