Patient Stories

Patients reach milestones and find answers at UW Neighborhood Clinics.

A positive pregnancy test after months – or years – of trying to start a family. Routine vaccinations that mark the stages in a child’s life. Regular check-ups to ensure continued good health.

It’s the place where a patient with back pain finds an empathetic provider, a prescription for temporary relief and a referral to a physical therapist.

Our patients come to our clinics for wellness and preventive care, for help in coping with life’s stages from birth to puberty to menopause. And when patients need specialty care, their primary care providers know just where to send them within UW Medicine for the most advanced health care available.

Over the years, patients and providers become partners in health, traveling together on the road to recovery, wellness and better health. UW Neighborhood Clinics is the place to start – and the place to return.
