Guest Relations is a critical component of Harborview’s volunteer program and complement our patient- and family-centered care initiatives. These programs require a pleasant personality with the ability to listen and understand.
Opportunities are variable, but are generally available between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays. Locations include:
- Admitting and Information
- Brain injury support group
- Knitting group
- Patient and Family Resource Center
- Patient family liaison
- Patient relations
- Pediatric literacy
- Volunteer services
