Patients or family members can file a complaint with any staff member or the manager at the point of care or service, or with the patient relations manager at 206.744.8786 or 206.744.5000. Patients can also register complaints with the Washington State Department of Health and The Joint Commission.
If concerns about care and safety cannot be resolved through organizational leaders, patients or family members also may contact the Washington State Department of Health and The Joint Commission.
