Belltown

From Interstate 5:
- Exit at Mercer Street (exit 167) and bear right onto Fairview Avenue.
- Merge into one of the three left-turn lanes, turning onto Valley Street.
- After three blocks, Valley splits; bear left as Valley becomes Broad Street.
- Follow Broad for nine blocks, turning left onto Second Avenue.
- Travel three-plus blocks and look for the facility on the right, near Wall Street.
Factoria
The UW Neighborhood Factoria Clinic is at 13231 SE 36th St., Suite 110, in Bellevue.

From Interstate 90 Eastbound:
- Leave the freeway at exit 10B, onto SE 36th Street.
- At the signal, travel straight through the intersection and past the Loehmann's Plaza mall on your right.
- Turn right at the first light, onto 132nd Avenue Southeast.
- Take an immediate left into the parking lot.
From Interstate 90 Westbound:
- Leave the freeway at exit 11, which is 150th Avenue Southeast.
- Turn left onto 150th and cross over the freeway, merging right.
- Turn right at Southeast 38th Street; this becomes Southeast 36th and runs parallel to I-90 on the south side.
- Follow Southeast 36th and turn left at the signal at 132nd Avenue Southeast, then an immediate left, again, into the parking lot.
Federal Way
The UW Neighborhood Federal Way Clinic is in a small mall slightly set back from the road (white storefronts, blue awnings). Its address is 32018 23rd Avenue South.

From Interstate 5:
- Leave the freeway at exit 143, Southeast 320th Street. If northbound on I-5, turn left at the end of the offramp, onto 320th. If southbound on I-5, turn right onto 320th.
- Follow 320th to 23rd Avenue South, and turn left.
- Go one block and turn left into the mall parking lot.
- The clinic is at the far end, close to the intersection of Southeast 320th and 23rd Avenue South.
Issaquah
The UW Neighborhood Issaquah Clinic is located at 1455 11th Ave. N.W. Stay on 11th Ave. NW until it dead-ends. Turn left and the clinic is the blue building on your right.

From Interstate 5 or 405:
- Exit onto Interstate 90, heading east.
- Follow I-90 to Issaquah, leaving the freeway at exit 15.
- At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto State Route 900 and cross over the freeway.
- Follow the road as it bends right and becomes Northwest Sammamish Road.
- One block later, turn right at 11th Avenue Northwest, in to the Pickering Place shopping center.
- Follow that road to the end and turn left.
- The UW Medicine Issaquah Clinic will be located on your right.
From Interstate 90 Near Snoqualmie, Carnation and Points East:
- Travel Interstate 90, heading west toward Seattle.
- Leave the freeway at exit 17, and turn right from the off-ramp onto East Lake Sammamish Parkway.
- Follow the parkway about three-fourths of a mile and turn left, onto Northwest Sammamish Road.
- At 11th Avenue Northwest, turn right, into the Pickering Place shopping center.
- Follow that road to the end and turn left.
- The UW Medicine Issaquah Clinic will be located on your right.
Kent/Des Moines
The UW Neighborhood Kent/Des Moines Clinic is at 23213 Pacific Hwy. S., in the La Plaza Shopping Center.

From Interstate 5:
- Exit at State Route 516 (South Kent/Des Moines Road). If traveling southbound, take exit 149, and turn right at the end of the off-ramp. If northbound, take exit 149B.
- Follow Kent/Des Moines Road to Pacific Highway South, and turn left at that intersection.
- Make a sharp right into the Burger King parking lot.
- Continue through the lot, generally bearing right. The clinic is on your right.
Shoreline
The UW Neighborhood Shoreline Clinic is at 1355 N. 205th St., between Petco and Office Max at the northeast corner of the mall.

- Exit at State Route 104 (Northeast 205th Street-Lake Ballinger Way), heading west.
- The road divides; stay left on 205th Street.
- Turn left into Aurora Village at the stoplight by Petco.
- The Shoreline clinic is between Petco and Office Max at the northeast corner of the mall.
From State Route 99 (Aurora Ave.):
- Exit at Lake Ballinger Way, heading east.
- Turn right into the Aurora Village mall at the stoplight by Petco.
- The Shoreline clinic is between Petco and Office Max at the northeast corner of the mall.
Woodinville
The UW Neighborhood Woodinville Clinic is located at 17638 140th Ave. NE., in a corner of the Woodinville Towne Center shopping mall. See map >
From Interstate 405:
- Merge onto State Route 522 east.
- Stay in the right lane and take the first exit to Woodinville/Redmond.
- At the end of the off-ramp, bear right onto 132nd Avenue Northeast.
- Follow the road to the second stop light, at Northeast 175th Street, and turn left.
- Travel past the Molbak's Garden & Home.
- At the second stoplight, turn left, onto 140th Avenue Northeast.
- Turn right into the Woodinville Towne Center at the Round Table Pizza restaurant, and look for the clinic nearby.
