Driving Directions

From Interstate 5: 
 
  • Leave the freeway at exit 169, NE 45th Street.  If northbound on I-5, turn right onto NE 45th Street.  If southbound on I-5, turn left onto NE 45th Street.
  • Once you reach the bottom of the NE 45th Street Viaduct, take a slight right onto Montlake Boulevard NE.
  • Take a slight right onto NE 44th Street.
  • Turn right onto 25th Avenue NE.
  • The Ravenna Clinic will be on your left, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.
