Robotic-Assisted SurgeryUW Medical Center, in partnership with the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, is home to one of the most technologically advanced robotic-assisted surgery programs in the Puget Sound region. For more than a decade, our multidisciplinary team of surgeons has been at the forefront of using innovative instruments to perform complex surgical procedures using a minimally-invasive approach that results in less pain, less blood loss, reduced infections rates, shorter hospital stays and faster recovery times when compared to traditional surgery.
