Care Providers

Your Primary Care Provider and the Health Care Team
You can choose one of our doctors or physician assistants for your personal primary care provider. This is the person you'll see most often when you come to the Family Medical Center. Each provider is part of a small team of 4-6 providers. Because our care providers work in small practice teams, you'll always see someone who is familiar with your health-care concerns and needs, even if your own primary care provider isn't available.

We encourage all the members of your family to see the same primary care provider. By seeing you and your family on an ongoing basis, your primary care provider can take into account the relationships, events, and life changes that influence your health
