Harborview’s audiology services are provided within the Harborview Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Clinic, serving patients of all ages.
- Complete hearing evaluations
- Immittance Audiometry (Tympanometry & Acoustic Reflex Evaluations)
- Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs).
- Medical-legal assessment
- Hearing aid assessment.
- Fitting of all styles of hearing aids.
Special services include patient care coordination to assist with referrals and health insurance, general questions, and coordination of needs.
The full services of UW Medicine are also available for other specialty services or hospitalization.

Appointments and Referrals
NOTE: Appointments on Tuesday and Thursday by arrangement.
Appointments may be made by calling the clinic (number below). Patients on managed care plans usually must be referred by a primary care provider. Self-referrals are acceptable in certain circumstances.
