Neurosurgery: Cerebrovascular Lab

Outpatient testing is performed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To refer a patient, please call the office (number listed below).

Patient Registration

 
Patients who have never been to Harborview before need to register before coming to the laboratory. Outpatient registration is available at the ground floor desk at the East Clinic wing entrance or call the Patient Access Center at 206-744-8845.

Insurance


Harborview participates in most health insurance plans, including Healthy Options and the Basic Health Plan. To see if other plans include Harborview, please call 1-800-826-1121.

Referral Instructions


Referrals may be faxed to (206) 744-8512. Test results are forwarded to referring physicians within 24 hours of the test. We are happy to provide information to patients about coming to Harborview and what to expect in advance of their tests.

The Cerebrovascular Diagnostic Laboratory at Harborview is located on the First Floor of the East Clinic Wing. The check-in office is in room 12 and the lab is in room 17.
