The Chronic Fatigue Clinic at Harborview provides care to patients who have suffered from persistent fatigue or widespread fibromyalgia for at least six months.
Services include the evaluation, management, education, and counseling of patients with chronic fatigue, an illness characterized by severe, persistent fatigue and discomfort, and fibromyalgia.
As a consultation clinic, physicians evaluate each person’s illness and provide the patient and his or her primary care provider with information needed to treat specific conditions.
Special services include:
- Counselors for mental and emotional support.
- Acupuncturists (alternative methods for pain relief).
The full services of UW Medicine are also available for other specialty services or hospitalization.
