The Electrodiagnostic Laboratory at Harborview is a service of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine which provides EMG (electromyography) and SEP (somatosensory evoked potential) diagnostic testing to assess conduction of motor pathways.
The full services of UW Medicine are available for primary and other specialty care services or hospitalization.

Appointments and Referrals
Check-in at Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic 4th Floor, Maleng Building.
Appointments for testing through the Harborview Electrodiagnostic Laboratory are done on a provider-referral basis through the Harborview Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at 206-744-2523.
The referring clinic should call to schedule referrals with the patient present so that appointments can be most efficiently coordinated.
