Who should be referred
- Adults with mood disorders such as major depression or bipolar disorder
- Adults with anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, generalized anxiety, OCD, phobia, PTSD
- For the psychologist: adults for whom medications alone have not been helpful, prefer joint psychotherapy/medication treatment, or prefer psychotherapy to medications
Service Location and Hours
Your patients will be seen at Harborview Medical Center’s Psychiatry Clinic located on the 5th floor of the East Clinic wing. The clinic is open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Visit Web site for details, as well as directions.
Appointments and Referrals
Please submit all referrals via the online Epic Referrals system. To refer to the psychiatrists, use Service Center 21011, HMC Psychiatry Practice.
To refer to the psychologist, use Service Center 21010, HMC Psychology Practice.
Patients on managed care plans must be referred from their primary care provider.
