About this Clinic
Harborview Psychiatry Resident Clinic (PRC) offers time-limited outpatient psychiatric care, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of a broad range of psychiatric conditions in adults. Treatment is provided by residents in the University of Washington Psychiatry Residency Training Program under the supervision of an attending psychiatrist.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
- Individual Psychotherapy (including cognitive-behavioral therapy and brief analytic therapy)
- Medication management and evaluation.
We evaluate and treat the following conditions:
- Anxiety
- Bipolar Disorder
- Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Panic Disorder
- Phobias
- Somatization
- Stress from physical illness
Appointments and Referrals
Patients must be referred by a mental health provider who has completed an initial assessment. Questions regarding new patient referrals and insurance coverage may be addressed by calling the clinic (number listed below).
To make a referral, the mental health provider must complete the PRC Referral Form and fax or email this form to our clinic. If the referral is coming from a UW or HMC Primary Care or Specialty Clinic, please also enter referral via EPIC for Service Center 21039.
