The Harborview Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic offers consultation and comprehensive evaluation for the development of treatment plans for adults with a history of spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, amputations, burns, orthopaedic injuries, and soft tissue injuries.
Members of the care team include physiatrists (medical doctors specializing in rehabilitation medicine), rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, patient care coordinators, speech therapists, therapeutic recreation specialists, vocational rehabilitation counselors, rehabilitation psychologists, and social workers.

Appointments with the Harborview Rehabilitation Medicine Clinics may be made by calling the general phone number listed below.
Specific services vary:
- AMPUTEE CLINIC: Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- STROKE CLINIC: Wednesday 8 a.m. to noon
- BRAIN INJURY: Wednesday 12:45 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- SPINAL CORD INJURY CLINIC: Thursday noon to 5 p.m.
Patients under managed care coverage and other referrals for occupational therapy and physical therapy services require a written referral prior to an appointment.
