The Renal (Nephrology) Clinic at Harborview provides care to adult patients with kidney (renal) disorders, including patients with proteinuria, unexplained renal insufficiency, or renal transplant patients.
The full services of UW Medicine are available for other specialty services or hospitalization.
Appointments and Referrals
Patients on managed care plans should preferably be referred by a primary care provider. Return appointments may be made by calling Renal Clinic.
Referring providers should complete a UW Medicine Referral Request (Adobe PDF) and faxed to the clinic. Questions about referrals for new patients and other questions about the Renal (Nephrology) Clinic and its services should be directed to the Renal Nurse at 206-744-8998.
