New TeleConsult service for referring physicians for emergent and non-emergent care
Radiology provides the facilities and technology to support the wide variety of imaging procedures. Technologies include upgraded, state-of-the-art MRI scanners, multi-slice CT scanners, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, SPECT scanner and conventional radiography, as well as dedicated procedures.
The Radiology Department is completely digital with a Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) for image and information distribution. Diagnostic procedures include CT-guided biopsies, epidural injections, vertebroplasties, nerve blocks and advanced image-guided treatments. The Radiology team provides the diagnostic tools and clinical expertise to enable surgeons to treat patients more safely and with greater certainty.
