Our board-certified specialists are full-time faculty at the University of Washington and work with several specialties to provide comprehensive, leading-edge cosmetic surgery procedures. As part of UW Medical Center, our physicians are involved in teaching and research to provide their patients with exceptional medical care.
A.J. Ahmadi, M.D., is an assistant professor in the UW Department of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the periorbital region, which includes the brow, eyelids, orbit (eye socket), and cheek areas. His practice is limited to cosmetic surgery, such as browlifts, eyelid surgery, cheeklifts, and Botox injections, reconstructive surgery following trauma and tumor excisions, and functional surgery of the periorbital region. Dr. Ahmadi received his medical degree from the Upstate Medical Center in New York, ophthalmology training at the New York University Medical Center/Manhattan Eye and Ear Infirmary, and a fellowship in ocular oncology and ophthalmic pathology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at Harvard Medical School followed by a fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the UW School of Medicine.
