Clinical Research Training (Early Career Development of Clinical Researchers) 

K30 Clinical Research Training Program

The K30 Clinical Research Training Program enhances the fellowship programs offered to physicians and other health-care professionals who wish to become independent clinical researchers.

The training program has two parallel tracks:

  • Training Grant Support Program ("Training Grant Program")
    for Clinician Scientists
  • Masters Degree Program ("Degree Program")
    in Clinical Research

  • K12 Clinical Research Training Program

    The K12 Clinical Research Training Program is a Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program, funded through the National Institutes of Health’s K-12 initiative

    Scholars can pursue research in one of three program divisions:

    • Translational Research
    • Clinical Trials
    • Outcomes/Clinical Epidemiology/Health Services Research
